| Our U2 Red Table Wine is a beautiful blend of Syrah and Merlot. Our special U2 label was developed 3 years ago for the anniversary of the "Dragon Lady" association. Indian Springs Vineyards is proud to dedicate this wine to all who love and fly the Article known as the U-2. Available Vintages | Our U2 White Table wine is a favorite blend of Chardonnay and Semillon. This wine is a favorite with shell fish and other sea food. We also recommend paring this wonderful blend with light dishes such as chicken and pasta.
