Shipping Policy
Wine Club & Sales Policies
Both California and federal laws stipulate that we must
ensure our customers are at least 21 years of age and that our shipment and
notification system is accurate and
timely. So the information we request of you is no more than is absolutely
necessary. We protect the trust you have placed in us in handling your personal
information and want you to know that this information is never shared with
outside sources or without your permission.
Ordering Wine – If you live in any of the following 13 states, we are
able to ship wine to you via a phone call, email, or internet order to us:
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages,
and in view of a recent Supreme Court decision about direct wine sales, it is a
work in progress – we will be updating accordingly. To date, we are only
permitted to ship to the following states and some restrictions apply: CA, CO,
GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, ND, NY, OH, OR, TX, WA, WI, WV and WY.
We can only ship merchandise to the above states. Tax will be charged for the
following states: CA-7.75%; NC-7%; ND-8%; NH-8%; NV-7.75%; NY-8.375%;
SC-6%;TX-8.25%; VA-5%; WY-12%.
MN does not allow internet sales, but you may order by phone: (800) 375-9311 or
(530) 478-1068. CO only allows shipments if you are personally in the Tasting
Room. In OH,
you, the consumer, must have your own license.

In the near future, additional direct shipments to other states will become
available both by phone and via the Internet. Check this website page for
updates. When you call with your order, we will inform you of any individual
state taxes and the freight charges that will also apply. You will also receive
an email with shipping details for tracking purposes. If you have any questions

In the event we have a change in vintages and an order you place is no longer
available, we will email you about the next available vintage before shipping.
Please note: You will need to personally accept delivery of the wine shipped to
you and if requested, show proof of age. For this reason, you may wish to use a
“business hours” address for our deliveries. If the shipment cannot be delivered
to an appropriate person, it may be held at a local shipping office or returned
to Indian Springs Vineyards. All costs associated with delivery problems that
are not attributed with ISV will be charged to you.
